Gomes will oversee firmwide operations with a mandate to build scalable systems, sharpen process discipline, and empower teams to deliver a consistently excellent client experience across California and Utah.

Gomes joins Silva Injury Law with 15 years of leadership in multi-unit retail operations, where he managed organizations of up to 250 team members across multiple locations and owned P&L, staffing, training, and performance management. Over a three-year period, he led initiatives that generated $20 million in top-line growth while expanding margins through inventory optimization, smarter scheduling, and streamlined standard operating procedures. He is known for creating coaching-driven cultures grounded in clear goals, accountability, and removing roadblocks so teams can perform at their best.
