Woodland, CA (May 22, 2025) – A person was hospitalized following a crash on Interstate 5 in Woodland Thursday morning, authorities said.
Incident Details: The collision occurred near the County Route E8 exit. According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Nissan Pathfinder veered off the roadway for unknown reasons and crashed. Emergency crews arrived on scene and transported one individual to the hospital. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash, including whether impairment, distraction, or mechanical issues played a role. No citations or arrests have been reported at this time.
