Investigation and Legal Considerations: The Harbor Police Traffic Team is actively investigating the cause of the crash. Investigators will likely examine whether excessive speed, impairment, or mechanical failure contributed to the crash. If negligence is confirmed, injured survivors or the deceased’s family may consider legal action for damages, including a potential wrongful death claim.
