Fremont, CA (August 4, 2024) – On August 4, 2024, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Francisco Javier Urrea Cebreros, a 30-year-old resident of Hayward, was fatally struck by a vehicle while jogging on Mission Boulevard near Nursery Avenue in Fremont.
