Cleburne, TX (March 25, 2025) – An 18-year-old male pedestrian was killed Tuesday morning after being hit by a Freightliner in Cleburne, Texas.
Accident Details: The crash occurred around 7:46 a.m. near the intersection of N. Main Street and Williams Avenue. According to the preliminary investigation by the Cleburne Police Department, the pedestrian from Cleburne was crossing N. Main Street westbound when a 2016 white Freightliner traveling southbound struck him just north of the intersection.
Emergency responders airlifted the young man to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. He was later pronounced dead from his injuries. The driver of the Freightliner was not injured.
