Sacramento, CA (April 9, 2025) – A 31-year-old Sacramento man has been arrested in connection with a February hit-and-run crash that left another driver seriously injured, according to a statement released Wednesday by the Sacramento Police Department.
Incident Details: The crash occurred on February 1 near the intersection of Club Center Drive and Natomas Boulevard in the Natomas Park neighborhood, a residential area in north Sacramento. Authorities say the collision involved two vehicles, and the suspect driver fled the scene before officers arrived.
The victim sustained serious injuries, which authorities now believe may result in permanent impairment. Following an investigation, detectives arrested the suspect on Tuesday, and he was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of felony hit-and-run causing permanent injury.
Police did not release the suspect’s name but confirmed that he remains in custody without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon in Sacramento Superior Court.
