Investigators report that a semi-trailer driven by a 74-year-old Lubbock man was traveling southwest on US Highway 62 when it turned into a crossover to turn northeast. When the semi-trailer turned, it stalled in the northeast-bound lanes.
Rolan Tomlison hit the front right of the semi-trailer and became wedged under the rear of the vehicle. Tomlison was pronounced dead at the scene.
