Incident Details: Authorities responded to the scene along Highway 1 near Cement Plant Road around 5 a.m. on April 28. CHP officials said a pedestrian was found deceased in the roadway and it is believed the individual may have been struck multiple times by different vehicles. Initial findings suggest the pedestrian was walking along or crossing the highway when the first collision occurred. None of the involved drivers remained at the scene.
