STUDIO CITY, CA (July 15, 2025) – A pedestrian was hospitalized early Monday after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Coldwater Canyon Avenue and Ventura Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Accident Details: The crash occurred shortly after midnight. Witnesses initially reported the incident as a hit-and-run, but LAPD officers later located a vehicle matching the description nearby. Police say the driver ultimately remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Video footage from the area showed debris scattered across the intersection, including a shopping basket.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital. Their current condition is unknown, and authorities have not released their identity.
