Incident Details: The collision occurred just after 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Marks and Clinton Avenues. Police say a woman was driving northbound on Marks Avenue when her vehicle struck a man who was in the roadway. The driver immediately pulled into a nearby parking lot and returned to the scene to assist.

The pedestrian was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, where he is expected to recover. Authorities noted that the driver was fully cooperative, and there were no signs of impairment due to drugs or alcohol.
