Taft, CA (February 18, 2025) – Kristen Ladon Meckler, 55, was tragically killed after being hit by a vehicle while riding a motorbike in Taft.
Accident Details: The accident occurred in the late afternoon on Cadet Road, east of Petroleum Club Road. According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office, Meckler died at the scene from injuries sustained in the collision.
