Incident Details: The crash occurred around 2:14 p.m. on southbound Interstate 35 at the Hopkins Street frontage road near SH-80, close to a local H-E-B. According to eyewitness reports, the semi-truck reportedly “plowed through cars,” resulting in significant damage to multiple vehicles. As of 3:20 p.m., one of three lanes had reopened, with cleanup crews and tow trucks working at the scene.
