They owned Daniel Meredith Plumbing & Septic, a cherished family business based in Phelan. The couple was involved in a collision just past the town of Baker near the Baker Boulevard exit around 1:06 p.m., according to reports confirmed by friends and family on social media.

Incident Details: The collision involved a white Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by the Merediths and a silver tour bus. The pickup sustained major front-end damage, and the bus showed significant rear-end damage. Initial reports suggest the possibility that the pickup may have lost control or inadvertently moved into the path of the bus.
