Garner Valley, CA (April 27, 2025) – Two individuals were rushed to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision in the Garner Valley area Sunday afternoon, officials said.
Incident Details: The crash was reported at 4:26 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 74 and Morris Ranch Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicles involved included a sedan and an SUV. First responders from Cal Fire Riverside County arrived on scene and transported two patients to nearby hospitals. The extent of their injuries has not yet been disclosed.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: Authorities are working to determine the cause of the crash, including whether speed, distraction, or impairment were factors. The CHP is leading the investigation and has not released the identities of those involved.
