Police said the 18-wheeler overturned and struck a passenger vehicle, resulting in the death of at least one person. Aerial footage from the scene showed the semi-truck on its side and extensive debris across the roadway. Emergency responders closed all northbound lanes for several hours during cleanup and investigation efforts.
