Santa Barbara, CA (May 1, 2025) – A two-vehicle head-on crash on Highway 154 left three people hospitalized Thursday morning, including one person with critical injuries.
Incident Details: One vehicle occupant was critically injured and had to be extricated by emergency crews. Two others suffered moderate injuries. All were transported by ambulance to Cottage Hospital. The crash occurred just north of San Antonio Creek Road around Thursday morning, prompting a full closure of the highway in both directions. The road was reopened just after 10 a.m.
