ECHO PARK, CA (July 12, 2025) – Six people were injured Saturday evening in a crash involving two vehicles and a pedestrian in Echo Park, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Accident Details: The crash occurred around 6:09 p.m. in the 600 block of North Echo Park Avenue. Emergency responders arrived to find that two vehicles had collided and a pedestrian had also been struck during the incident.
Two individuals, a 55-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man, sustained serious injuries and were transported to local hospitals. Officials have not yet released information on whether their conditions are life-threatening.
Four additional victims were hospitalized in fair condition, including a 50-year-old man, a 43-year-old woman, and two boys, ages 5 and 9.
Authorities remained on the scene to assist victims, manage traffic, and begin an investigation into the cause of the crash.
