Sacramento, CA (April 11, 2025) — A pedestrian was killed early Friday morning after being struck by a vehicle near Calvine Road and Highway 99, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Incident Details: Emergency crews responded to the scene around 4:47 a.m. CHP reported the crash occurred on the Calvine Road on-ramp to northbound Highway 99. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The on-ramp was temporarily closed but reopened shortly after 6 a.m.
