FARMINGDALE, NY (July 11, 2025) – A pedestrian was seriously injured Friday morning after being struck by a cement truck at the intersection of Conklin Street and Main Street in Farmingdale, according to local police.
Accident Details: The crash occurred just after 10:00 a.m. Authorities say a cement truck struck a pedestrian at the busy Farmingdale intersection. Emergency responders transported the pedestrian for medical treatment. The injuries were described as serious.
The driver of the cement truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
