Compensation:

Starting at $60,000 annually (negotiable based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in negotiating personal injury cases in pre-litigation to achieve the best possible settlements for clients.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies, adjusters, and clients.
Review medical records, bills, and other documentation to assess case value.
Work closely with the legal team to develop negotiation strategies.
Keep clients updated on case progress and settlement offers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in personal injury law or similar legal experience (preferred but not required).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively.
Team player with a passion for helping others.
Must be willing to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
