Banning, CA (May 21, 2025) – A motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in Riverside County on Tuesday afternoon.
Incident Details: The collision occurred just after 1 p.m. at the intersection of North Sanderson Avenue and Ramona Expressway in the unincorporated community of Lamb Canyon, according to the California Highway Patrol. The motorcyclist, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash involved the motorcycle and another vehicle; the driver of the second vehicle remained on site and cooperated with authorities.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: The CHP is leading the investigation into the cause of the crash. Officers are working to determine whether speed, impairment, or other violations played a role in the fatal incident. No arrests or citations have been reported as of Wednesday.
