Hopkinsville, KY (April 27, 2025) – A crash involving a tractor-trailer and an SUV left five people injured Sunday afternoon in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, with two victims flown to a Nashville hospital.
Incident Details: Hopkinsville Police reported that the collision occurred at the intersection of Pembroke Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Way. A tractor-trailer traveling on Pembroke Road collided with an SUV at the crossing. The driver and a passenger from the SUV sustained critical injuries and were airlifted to Nashville for emergency treatment. Two additional SUV passengers and the tractor-trailer driver were transported to a nearby hospital for less severe injuries.
