Littlerock, CA (October 8, 2024) – On October 8, 2024, along Highway 138 a few miles east of Littlerock, 25-year-old Sarina Rodriguez was tragically killed.
Accident Details: Rodriguez, newly engaged and excited about her future, was killed when A rock was thrown through her windshield just after midnight. Authorities reported that Rodriguez’s vehicle was struck by the rock, causing fatal injuries. In the days leading up to this tragedy, two other similar incidents were reported in the same area, leaving victims injured—one severely.
Sarina’s devastated family is pleading for justice, urging the perpetrator to come forward and law enforcement to intensify their search.
Legal Considerations: As a personal injury attorney, I find that several aspects of this case warrant further examination. The reckless act of throwing objects onto highways presents a grave legal issue, both criminally and civilly. It endangers all drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians on the roadway.
