Garland, TX (August 12, 2025) – A teenage driver has been charged with intoxication manslaughter following a fatal crash in Garland, according to police.
Incident Details: Garland Police Department officials said the collision occurred late Monday night in the area of West Buckingham Road and North Garland Avenue. One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The teen driver, whose name has not been released, was taken into custody.
Investigation: Authorities allege the teen was impaired at the time of the crash. The investigation is ongoing as police review evidence and speak with witnesses.
