Pasadena, CA (February 13, 2025) – A 61-year-old Pasadena man, Dennis K. Moore, was fatally struck by two vehicles while walking along Washington Boulevard near Hudson Avenue on Thursday evening.
Accident Details: The crash occurred around 6:40 p.m. outside the Arbor Vista senior community, where Moore resided. Authorities said he was first struck in the westbound lanes by a vehicle whose driver stayed at the scene. That driver showed no signs of impairment and is cooperating with investigators. However, a second vehicle, described initially only as a white sedan, struck Moore after he was knocked to the ground. That driver fled the scene. Emergency responders pronounced Moore dead at the scene. An autopsy later confirmed that he died from traumatic injuries, and his death was ruled an accident by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office.
