Sherburne, New York (December 4, 2025) — Authorities have identified Danica R. Jones, 32, of Earlville, as the driver killed Thursday afternoon in a head-on collision with a tractor-trailer during a sudden snow squall on State Route 12B. New York State Police responded to the crash around 1:43 p.m.
Incident Details: According to the NYSP report, Jacob F. Relyea, 57, of Bridgeport, was driving a tractor-trailer northbound when he lost control on the snow-covered roadway and crossed into the southbound lane. His truck struck Jones’s sedan head-on.
