Palmer, MA (April 17, 2025) – A devastating tractor-trailer crash on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Palmer claimed the life of 21-year-old Cullen Mulldune and critically injured his girlfriend, 20-year-old Lilly Hall of Montville, Connecticut.
Incident Details: Hall and Mulldune were traveling on the Mass Pike when their vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer, pinning them underneath. Emergency responders had to extricate both victims before airlifting them to the hospital. Mulldune succumbed to his injuries three days later, while Hall was intubated and underwent multiple surgeries, including treatment for a spinal cord injury.
