San Diego, CA (July 27, 2025) – A young child was seriously injured in Mission Bay Park after being struck by a vehicle late Saturday afternoon.
Accident Details: The incident happened just after 5 p.m. in the 2700 block of North Mission Bay Drive. According to the San Diego Police Department, the 4-year-old boy ran into the road between two parked cars and was struck by a Toyota sedan driven by a 28-year-old woman.
Paramedics transported the child to Rady Children’s Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
