Andrews County, TX (August 10, 2025) – A Seminole man, identified as 47-year-old Ricky Scott Rojas, died Sunday after being struck by a tractor-trailer in Andrews County.
Incident Details: According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred on U.S. Highway 385, about 14 miles south of Andrews. Investigators say Rojas was driving southbound when his vehicle was struck by a northbound tractor-trailer. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The tractor-trailer driver was not injured.
Investigation: The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the collision to determine the factors that led to the crash. No additional information has been released.
