Phelan, CA (June 7, 2025) – A tragic head-on collision in Phelan claimed the life of 44-year-old Aaron Graham of Palmdale on Friday evening.
Incident Details: According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 6 p.m. on Highway 138 near Lone Pine Canyon Road. Graham was driving a gray Honda Civic westbound when he veered into the eastbound lanes for reasons still under investigation. His vehicle collided head-on with a white Toyota Camry. Graham was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the Camry sustained moderate injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the cause of the collision, including whether speed, distraction, or impairment played a role. The CHP urges any witnesses to come forward with additional information that may assist in the case.
