Incident details: According to the Kentucky State Police, the crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Two of the commercial truck drivers and one passenger vehicle occupant were pronounced dead at the scene. Two additional passenger vehicle occupants and one commercial driver sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals. The crash resulted in a fire that further complicated emergency response.
