Tulare County, California (September 8, 2025) — Several people were injured Monday morning in a multi-car crash at a rural intersection in Tulare County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Incident Details: The collision occurred around 6 a.m. at the intersection of Avenue 432 and Road 120. Investigators said a Ford Excursion failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a northbound pickup truck. The force of the crash pushed one of the vehicles into a stopped car. One person in the SUV was airlifted to a hospital, while multiple others inside the SUV sustained injuries.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: CHP reported that alcohol and drugs are not suspected in the crash. Investigators will review whether speed, visibility, or driver error contributed. Victims of multi-vehicle accidents may pursue personal injury claims to recover medical costs, lost wages, and damages for pain and suffering. Establishing fault will be key, particularly in determining whether the SUV driver’s failure to yield was the primary cause.
My thoughts are with all of those injured in this Tulare County crash, and I hope for their recovery.
