Tulare County, CA (May 17, 2025) – Multiple individuals were hospitalized Friday night following a collision near Visalia.
Incident Details: According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 11 p.m. on Avenue 296, west of Road 152. A pick-up truck was stopped in the road when a sedan crashed into it. A man who was outside of the truck at the time was struck and taken to the hospital. Two individuals in the sedan were also hospitalized. Two occupants inside the truck were uninjured. The extent of injuries sustained by those transported remains unknown.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash. Factors such as driver distraction, road conditions, and vehicle malfunction may be examined to determine liability.
