Accident Details: The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. near Redondo Beach Boulevard, involving an undetermined number of vehicles. Authorities pronounced Soh dead at the scene. Following the collision, the CHP closed all southbound lanes for investigation and cleanup. The freeway was reopened around 11 p.m.
