Ocala, FL (March 28, 2025) – Three people were seriously injured Thursday morning in a crash involving a Toyota sedan and a semi-truck in Marion County, according to Florida Highway Patrol and Marion County Fire Rescue.
Incident Details: The crash occurred at approximately 7:56 a.m. at the intersection of Southwest Oleander Place and Southwest Marine Boulevard. Authorities received multiple 911 calls reporting that passengers were trapped in the wreckage. Fire rescue teams responded and completed the vehicle extrication within four minutes. All three individuals were transported to a local trauma hospital, with one listed as a trauma alert.
