Truck Crash and Liquid Spill on Highway 30 Injures One

Portland, OR (April 29, 2025) – A large multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck resulted in one injury and a major fluid spill Tuesday afternoon along Highway 30, according to Portland authorities.

Incident Details: The crash occurred just before 2:45 p.m. on the westbound side of the St. Johns Bridge exit. Authorities reported that a box truck tipped over as part of a multi-vehicle collision, spilling an unidentified liquid onto the roadway. One person was injured and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Photos from the scene show significant debris and cleanup efforts, which caused traffic disruptions into the evening.
