Palmdale, CA (August 9, 2025) – Two California Highway Patrol officers were injured Saturday in a rollover crash on the 14 Freeway near East Barrel Springs Road.
Incident Details: Witnesses reported that the CHP vehicle was changing lanes with its emergency lights activated when another driver made a lane change at the same time. The patrol vehicle veered off the road and overturned. Both officers were transported to a hospital as a precaution. Their current conditions have not been released.
Investigation: The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances of the crash, including the role of the other driver involved in the lane change. Officials have not released further information.
