Fort Worth, TX (June 19, 2025) — A multi-vehicle collision involving an 18-wheeler shut down the southbound lanes of Interstate 35W near E. Felix Street for several hours on Wednesday afternoon, leaving multiple people injured, two of them seriously.
Incident Details: The crash was reported just before noon and involved at least three vehicles, including a semi-truck and a pickup. According to Fort Worth police and MedStar, one individual was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, while another was listed in serious condition. Several others sustained minor injuries. Five ambulances responded to the scene.
A heavy-duty wrecker was required to remove the semi, diverting traffic for hours. Southbound lanes were reopened later in the afternoon.
