Phelan, CA (April 25, 2025) – A motorcyclist was left in critical condition following a collision Friday evening in front of the El Patron restaurant on Phelan Road.
Incident Details: According to the California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire, the crash occurred just before 6:30 p.m. in the 4180 block of Phelan Road. A white four-door sedan and a motorcycle were involved in the crash. Emergency responders arrived quickly and located the motorcyclist suffering from severe injuries. The rider was airlifted from the scene to a trauma center for treatment. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
Investigation and Legal Considerations: Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, including whether speed, right-of-way violations, or other forms of negligence may have contributed. Toxicology results and mechanical evaluations of both vehicles may also factor into the final report.
