Marshall, MO (June 10, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries Tuesday afternoon following a collision with a tractor-trailer at a busy intersection in Marshall.
Incident Details: According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and East College Street. A 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle, operated by 69-year-old Robert E. Schneider of Sweet Springs, was traveling westbound when it struck the side of a 2016 Freightliner tractor-trailer that was attempting to make a turn.
Investigations and Legal Considerations: Authorities reported that Schneider suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Fitzgibbon Hospital. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured. The crash remains under investigation by Missouri State Highway Patrol.
