Monterey County, CA (May 19, 2025) – One person was killed in a fatal crash involving a semi-truck in Monterey County on Sunday afternoon.
Incident Details: The crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Highway 183 near the intersection with Cooper Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved a sedan and a semi-truck. One person from the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. The roadway was temporarily closed to facilitate the investigation and cleanup.
