Visalia, CA (August 11, 2024) – On the morning of August 11, 2024, a tragic hit-and-run incident occurred near Visalia, California, claiming the life of bicyclist Brent Allen.

At approximately 9:11 a.m., Allen was riding his bicycle northbound on the paved shoulder of Road 68, just south of Highway 198 in Tulare County.
