Turlock, CA (July 15, 2024) – A tragic accident occurred on Monday, resulting in the death of Randee Mendosa, 38, of Turlock.
Accident Details and Ongoing Investigation: Mendosa was driving west in a Ford on Lander Avenue, near W. Simmons Avenue, when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle veered into the path of a semi-truck. Lander was killed. One other person suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. It is unclear if this person was a passenger in the Ford or the semi-truck driver. The police department’s Major Accident Investigation Team was called to continue the investigation.
