Accident Details: The collision occurred around 6:13 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-15, near the Highway 138 off-ramp. Investigation and Legal Considerations: The CHP is actively investigating and asking for the public’s help in identifying the hit-and-run driver. In cases like this, injured motorcyclists may be eligible to file an uninsured motorist claim or pursue a personal injury lawsuit if the at-fault driver is located. Investigators will also examine any available dashcam or surveillance footage from passing vehicles.
I wish Erek I. Brown a full and swift recovery.
