Oakland, CA (September 1, 2024) – Criscel Dela Rosa tragically lost her life in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 880 near the Embarcadero exit early Sunday morning.
Accident Details: The crash occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m. when Criscel Dela Rosa was on her way to work. The crash involved a white Tesla Model Y, a white Tesla Model 3, and a red Toyota Rav4. Following the initial collision, a Freightliner box truck rear-ended the Tesla Model Y, resulting in Criscel Dela Rosa’s death. California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers arrested the driver of the Tesla Model 3 on suspicion of driving under the influence. However, further details about the driver’s identity and condition have yet to be released.
