Hi my name is April Torres and I’m speaking on my behalf of my aunt Michelle Cruz first off she was not riding a bike she was pushing a shopping cart with a bike in it and the lady had hit her from behind to where my aunt flew quite a few yards away from where she was hit and causing her to break her neck ,legs and both of her arms and as for the DUI driver she works at a bar and has priors of DUI and she is free , and gets to go home and be with her family while my aunt is in a freezer waiting to be put in the ground
