TOLEDO, OH (July 14, 2025) – A woman was hospitalized Monday afternoon after a collision between a sedan and a dump truck led to a crash involving a utility pole, parked vehicle, and a local store, according to the Toledo Police Department.
Accident Details: The incident occurred on Broadway Street when a sedan traveling westbound collided with a dump truck heading eastbound. After the initial impact, the dump truck lost control, struck a utility pole, traveled through a yard, hit a parked vehicle, and crashed into the back of the Broadway Food Center.
The driver of the sedan was transported to the hospital. Officials have not released information regarding the severity of her injuries. The dump truck driver was not injured.
