Incident Details: According to Santa Ana police, the crash occurred around 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Westminster Avenue. The Tesla was traveling at high speed when it ran a red light and collided with the OCTA bus, which was heading eastbound. Both occupants of the Tesla — a male driver and male passenger — were pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said several passengers on the bus sustained minor to moderate injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
