Andrew Webb and Adrian Labra Jr. Killed in High-Speed Crash After Police Chase in Fresno

Fresno, CA (March 30, 2025) – Two young men were killed and several others injured following a high-speed crash in southeast Fresno late Saturday night. The crash involved a vehicle fleeing police and has led to multiple felony charges against the driver.

Incident Details: According to the California Highway Patrol, officers first encountered a Dodge Charger driving recklessly near Temperance and Gettysburg around 9:30 p.m. When they attempted a traffic stop, the driver fled at high speeds. Officers ended the pursuit for safety reasons but were notified shortly afterward of a major crash involving the same vehicle.

The Charger had slammed into the rear of a Toyota Camry, then crashed into a Chevy Tahoe traveling northbound on Temperance Avenue. Two passengers in the Charger, Andrew Webb, 19, of Fresno and Adrian Labra Jr., 19, recently of Sacramento, were pronounced dead at the scene. A third passenger was critically injured, and a fourth sustained minor injuries. The driver, Luis Felix, 18, suffered major injuries and remains hospitalized.

Investigation and Legal Considerations: Luis Felix has been electronically booked into jail and faces four felony charges, including evading police resulting in injury or death. Bail was set at $355,000. Investigators continue to gather evidence, including traffic camera footage and witness statements. In fatal crashes involving reckless evasion, families of the victims may pursue wrongful death claims against the driver and potentially against any parties responsible for enabling the vehicle’s operation.

Our thoughts are with the families of Andrew Webb and Adrian Labra Jr., and we wish a full recovery to the surviving victims.
