Aiden Lee Lambert Injured in Semi-Truck Collision on I-35 in Rice County

Webster Township, MN (June 9, 2025) – An 18-year-old Lyle man, Aiden Lee Lambert, was injured in a crash involving a semi-truck on Interstate 35 in Rice County.

Incident Details: According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 11:04 a.m. near milepost 71. Both the 2011 Jeep Liberty, driven by Lambert, and a 2022 International semi-truck were heading southbound when they collided. Lambert sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center. The truck driver, 22-year-old Nathanyel Mychal Daley of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was also taken to the same facility with similar injuries.

Investigation and Legal Considerations: The crash remains under investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol. Local emergency responders, including the Rice County Sheriff’s Office and Northfield Ambulance, assisted at the scene. No charges have been reported as of this update.
